    Individual counseling is a 1 on 1 counseling session to explore limiting beliefs, avoidance patterns, mental health and substance use issues, painful memories and experiences, learn practical tools and skills and more.

  • Couples Counseling

    Adult Couples

    Couples counseling allows your partner and you to explore common issues, improve communication patterns, develop and build intimacy, increase fun and playfulness and more.

  • Group Counseling

    Adults

    Group counseling involves a peer group of 5-10. Groups are focused around a theme such as anxiety and depression, trauma, substance use, shame, codependency and more. In group counseling, you get an opportunity to process issues within the group, learn about specific issues, and gain support in your healing process.
